We are a fully legal pig sanctuary in Poland.

One of our residents is Em; a Göttingen potbelly pig whose story shows exactly why our mission matters. When her owners were planning to move abroad, they didn’t realise the legal requirements for keeping pigs in Poland. Their local vet threatened to put Em down, and we had just a few weeks to take action.

Thanks to our lawyer’s dedication and the cooperation of our Regional Veterinary Inspectorate, we successfully relocated Em to our sanctuary and completed all the necessary registration paperwork.

Without our intervention, Em would have been euthanised. Instead, she was given a second life. One filled with love and safety. We are deeply grateful to our local inspectorate for the collaboration that saved her life.

Many people don’t realise that keeping pigs in Poland is subject to strict veterinary regulations and requires proper registration and regular inspections. As a pig sanctuary, we are fully registered with the Regional Veterinary Inspectorate and undergo multiple inspections throughout the year to ensure the highest standards of safety and welfare for our residents.

We strictly adhere to all biosecurity requirements, ensuring our pigs are kept legally and in safe conditions.

We understand that pig regulations in Poland can be complex. That’s why we help people who have a pig without knowing the legal requirements. Our legal team specialises in this area and provides support in navigating the legalisation process.

Every pig in our sanctuary receives an individually tailored diet based on their age, weight, and health needs.

We are currently expanding our pig area to provide even larger pastures, additional environmental enrichment, and more space for them to express their natural behaviours.
