Geese and ducks

Our geese and ducks came to us under heartbreaking circumstances; they were rescued from a car where they’d been kept between markets during a summer heatwave. What should have been their end became a new beginning.

Today, they enjoy life on a half-hectare pasture where they can roam freely, graze on fresh grass, and express all their natural behaviours. They have a purpose-built goose house with automatic doors that keep them safe and comfortable around the clock.

We provide our geese and ducks with everything they need for a happy life – from specialised feed tailored to their nutritional needs, to swimming pools where they can bathe and dive, which are essential for their health and wellbeing.

Watching them happily splash and dive in the water reminds us why this work matters so much. Every day on the pasture is an opportunity for them to live with dignity, far from the stress and suffering they once endured.

Here, they are safe, loved, and surrounded by care.
